Final result 4.2 gigapixels: (click for interactive version)

Me after making gigapixel portrait 🙂

Some datails: shooting took 7 minutes. Me and my assistant were using Canon 5d mk2 + 300mm f/4 IS L. Stitching took ~10 days 🙂

We offer some exclusive large format prints:

This is me holding 44″x44″ print performed from 18000×18000 pixel image at 300 dpi (standard photo quality). This is downsized print the original is 39000×39000 pixels which would give you 130″x130″ high quality print.

Had chance to play with Canon 24mm TS-E 24mm f/3.5 II. I ‘ve heard many cudos to this lens – optically perfect, supersharp etc etc.
So i compared it to my 16-35 II at 24mm.. The result was surprising – i would say they are almost equal 🙂
